Razer Tournament edition Microphone not working.
As the title says I just bought this new headphones and on aux the mic works great but with the USB dongle it stops working completely.

Which headset do you have? Have you tried connecting the dongle to a different computer to check if it behaves the same? Isolate the issue by following the steps from this page. If the problem persists, send me the serial number of your headset. I can use them to verify the model of your headset and look for other solutions.
