Razer Trinity custom assigned buttons wont work

While Synapse is running all of my custom assigned keys just wont do anything. Not in game not in general browsing, pc using. As soon as i exit synapse completely my mouse works as intended, maybe cause the onboard profile has the same settings as I want them to be while synapse is running. Anyone knows why this is happening? TLDR: while Synapse is running only default mouse buttons work, no custom assigned.
