Razer Turret for Xbox Nexus (Guide) button does not work on Xbox One or Series X | Razer Insider

As the title implies the Razer Turret for Xbox One's Nexus Button (AKA the button the opens the Xbox Guide) does not work on either Xbox One or Xbox Series X. It used to, but now it doesn't. After a Firmware update it does work on Windows 10 again, but like this thing is built for Xbox so I except it to work there. I honestly don't care if it works on Windows 10 as Windows+G does literally the same thing. I need the Nexus Button to work on Xbox.

As I was typing this I got curious if Windows+G would open the guide on Xbox. It does not, but the Windows Key alone does. So I guess thats a work around, but that still leaves a whole button with zero Function on Xbox that was designed for a specific function on Xbox. Why does it work on PC, but not on Xbox. Further more it doesn't light up at all either like it did at release.

Update: Turns out the Nexus Button only work on Windows 10 if Razer Synapse is not running. If Synapse is running it disables the button. I wonder what disables the button Xbox... maybe there is a setting I can change to get it back.
Please let me know if you figure this out. I just bought one and the nexus button does not work. I was about to assume it was broken. But you convinced me it is a bug...
