Razer Turret for Xbox - RGB Profile Changing when Wireless

I bought a Turret for Xbox recently and configured the RGB profile in Synapse to show a static white color on both the mouse and keyboard. I use it on my Windows 10 PC. When using the unit wired via USB, the static white RGB profile stays set. When I unplug the keyboard & mouse so that it connects to the wireless receiver, the all RGB lights begin to oscillate between white and purple. When I plug it back in, lights go back to static white as expected. Any ideas how to fix this?
