Razer Turret multiple key input issue

I have the mechanical xbox one razer turret and I'm having issues with it typing multiple keys with a single press. The keyboard hasn't sustained any damage from falls or spills. It is always a double or triple input of the key I intended to press. For example, I press O and I get two O's instead of 1. This is intermittent as I don't experience it on every key press but it will occur every sentence or so. I'm using this keyboard on windows 10. My keyboard is connected to my laptop's USB port, my laptop is connected to 3 displays. The laptop's resource usage is at 17% memory usage, <10% CPU usage, and resource usage spikes are a none issue. Also, this is not occurring on every key only a few. Finally, this keyboard is not transported anywhere outside of its box, so keys were never squished. Troubleshooting thus far: I have tried using the keyboard wired instead of wirelessly, no change I have tweaked the windows key repeat delay via the keyboard settings, no change I have killed all razer related processes in case their software is causing issues (I did not uninstall yet), no change I have run the keyboard specific updater from the razer site and updated the mouse and keyboard, no change I have edited the registry auto-repeat delay set to 500, the auto-repeat rate set to 50, bounce time is set to 35. This was a suggestion I took off some old forum posts, no change Ran the windows keyboard troubleshooter, no change The keyboard doesn't have any clear debris on it however there is some very light dust on the key edges. I have not removed the keys for cleaning. I have never cleaned a mechanical keyboard so if this is the suggested action please be a bit detailed in the best way to go about cleaning to avoid damage. I have not been able to test the keyboard on another computer as of yet. The mouse is working with no issues, also wirelessly. I appreciate any suggestions the community has.
