I’ve had a Razer turret V1 (not the new xbox one) for years.

It’s battery is still going strong, and I’ve had no issues with it for a while.

I’ve just tried to pair it to a new device, but it’s not allowing it to happen.

As soon as you turn it on in bluetooth mode. It starts flashing blue waiting to pair.

I click Bluetooth + Add device + Turret Keyboard on my PC

then it’s like the keyboard turns itself off!
You can leave it in pairing mode for 2 mins, and it’s fine.
As soon as you select “Pair Turret Keyboard”, on the pc, it turns off.

Even if you have it docked, so it is literally getting constant power and can’t turn off… it turns off as soon as you click pair.

It feels like some kind of security thing… but I’ve held the bluetooth button down for 3 seconds to put it in pairing mode.

Is it borked? firmware need updating or something? I’ve no idea if that’s even possible.
