Razer TWS true wireless pro problem

I had just bought my first razer earphone which is the Razer Hammerhead TWS pro and everything was amazing until i tried to connect it with my pc and it said connected but i couldn't hear a single thing with the earphone.Does anyone know what the problem is? Desperately seek for help :(

  1. Keep the earbuds charged, powered up, and connected to an audio source via Bluetooth.
  2. Check the volume on your audio source.
  3. Select the correct playback device in your audio settings if your earbuds are connected to your computer.
  4. Make sure the audio source is not muted.
