As stated in the title, the USB Audio Controller with Razer Synapse 3 (3.5.1130.111812) keeps the display (aw3418dw) from turning off. Doesn't matter what Windows (19042) power options I choose. The display tries to cut off (flickers) with the timer but is prevented by the software.



Only work-around that I have found is to stop all Razer synapse services/uninstall or unplug the device itself. This is new behavior on the same system. Assuming this is more synapse software related than anything since it works fine if it is not running.



any ideas? nothing sticks out in the logs.
