I just figure out that this charger is able to charge two type-c at same time. Both of the Type-c ports are working if I only plug one type-C port, but it does not working with two Type-C ports if I plug both of them. Does anyone else has this issues?
Hello, I hope I am in the correct thread regarding the following Razer GAN charger:

Has anyone within this community ever tried to charge a Razer 17” (2021) with this USB-C Razer Gan charger, when the battery is completely flat dead and the laptop cannot be turned on at all? My understanding is that a USB-C charger only starts the charge if there is a minimum of 3% battery charge still left. In fact, I tried to charge this Razer with a similar USB-C charger with more than 100W output, but it didn’t even start. I had to use the standard adapter brick instead, which in some circumstances is difficult to take around when travelling. Unfortunately, it can happen that you find yourself at 0% and having to carry 2 adapters is not feasible. Before buying this rather expensive Razer USB-C GAN charger, I would like to make sure this technical problem will not occur. Many thanks.
