When I initially bought the Blackshark V2 (with the USB sound card) the mic worked great. Now it isn’t picked up in games. I have done exhaustive troubleshooting (default mic in windows, works in ALL other programs, clean install of synapse using CCD, etc.). It looks like I need to adjust the sample rate and bit depth format, but the USB sound card only has two settings.
How can I change the USB sound card to 2 channel 16 bit 44100 hz (CD Quality)?
These are the only two choices I get in windows sound settings for the mic:
How on earth can it only function at Tape Recorder Quality (shocking horrible...) and DVD with nothing in between?
