my razer viper 8hkz doesn't want to connect to the razer synapse it always says that it is detecting device when I have the mouse directly plugged into my computer I tried every single step to see what is up with it and nothing works I can't change polling rate or dpi with it.

Hey,
Try updating its firmware. You can also use the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
