I have problem with mouse wheel. From time to time when I scroll down mouse does a random scroll up and vice versa. The mouse doesn’t has guarantee. Is there anything that I can do to solve this case apart form buying new mouse.

Have you tried updating your mouse firmware here? Let’s check if any software is causing the issue. Try to close or disable Razer Synapse 3 and observe if the problem persists. If so, PM me your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for a replacement option. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. All the best!
