Razer viper 8k wont cycle profiles without synapse

Hey peeps this is a copy paste from my reddit thread, i got this mouse and i have created 2 profiles with same settings apart from the polling rate between them. One profile has 8000 polling and the other 2000 since most games don't support more than 2000. To distinguish them i did the same DPI settings but on a different stage of color. So i added on the DPI button the cycle up profile and everytime i press it it changes between them all perfectly ok perfectly. The problem is that when i uninstall or remove synapse then it doesn't cycle the profiles. In the image it shows my saved profiles https://imgur.com/a/q0IbHgm Is there any way to fix this?

    I actually had to format just in case cause i got a new CPU and i thought lets retry to reinstall synapse ,reset the mouse settings profiles etc and do everything all over. Guess what? nothing changed ofc Then i searched high and low and i found some others mentioning the same issues on github of openrazer software since March 2021. I dont know what is actually going on man, i thought Razer was a company with great support :s Such a shame tho the mouse is great so far apart from this issue. I refuse to keep this synapse and i will never do since it was supposed to cycle the profiles without it
