Razer viper 8khz

Dear Razer Community, I am experiencing an issue with my Razer mouse. After installing and using Razer Synapse, my mouse completely stopped working. It doesn't even function when plugged into a different computer, which leads me to believe that Razer Synapse may have caused permanent damage to the mouse. I’ve already tried basic troubleshooting steps, including restarting my computer, using a different USB port, and even testing the mouse on another PC, but it remains unresponsive. Unistaling Razer Synapse or doing things from common issues didn’t work either. I tried many things but none did work. The mouse was working fine before installing Razer Synapse. Could anyone please assist me with this issue? Best regards.
