Have you tried using a different usb port on startup ? It honestly can be many things.
It is a known problem on the latest firmware.
God knows how long Razer is gonna take to fix this.
They have not fixed the problem on the Huntsman Mini for 3 months now.
I am so close to getting rid of all my Razer devices seeing how horrible their support and development team is.
Viper 8KHz boot enumeration issues has been widely documented now:

Razer_TheField has a Google form to submit details on the issue:

Also, turning off your Power Supply prior to boot appears to be another workaround to the issue along with the plug and re-plug of the mouse after bootup.

Damn. Just bought one to try if I would see or feel any difference and yet another Razer fail, got huntsman mini with 3 month no fix, if this mouse would have issue I literally consider myself an idiot buying all razer stuff.

Words can't express how similar my position is as to yours. Bought a Viper 8KHz while my Huntsman TKL was freezing taskbar all over Windows only to be greeted with another screw up of the mouse not powering up on cold boot up. It is as though Razer wants to piss customers off intentionally. Just dump your Razer devices you'll be a happier man mate.

They won't solve this problem. Ever...

Is this problem happens on latest firmware? v1.01.00_r1? Im thinking if I got older than I should not update.
