Razer viper disconnects and reconnects after startup of pc and also moving it fast after letting it afk

After some weeks of use i happen to have this problem, tested the usb port by moving the usb and did not disconnect, when i am constantly using it, it does not disconnects

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also reinstall its drivers by following the steps below:

 

- Search “Device Manager” from the Windows search bar.
- Click on “Mice and other pointing devices”.
- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.
- Click on “Human Interface Devices”.
- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.
- Restart your computer.
- The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts.

 

If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
