Razer Viper Lights not working (even the dpi light)

I have had this mouse for about 4 years, it was working perfectly for the first 2 years, but I did notice that whenever I shut down my pc that if i clicked the mouse it would turn on and it wouldn’t turn off unless unplugged from the usb port (and plugged back in if wanted to).

As time passed(about 2 years), the lights sometimes stopped responding to my razer synapse (basically the light froze instead of working with the chroma effects I had). In a few months after this, the lights stopped working altogether. I tried reinstalling, reupdated the firmware, basically did everything I could but the light didn’t respond, and I considered it as dead (weird cause a led light tends to work for thousands of hours, and I for sure didn’t use it that much in 2 years).

About 1-2 weeks ago, I noticed the light was on, it was the classic razer green. I tried using the razer synapse, turn the brightness up,down, off, work with the chroma studio, but the light would simply stay put. For the last 3-4 days the light was blueish.

Today, I opened up my pc and started playing some game and noticed the light was responding to my razer synapse and chroma effect. I modified the chroma effect a few times because I didn’t like the way the light was working, thinking it was because of that. In the chroma studio the light on screen was moving as I wanted it to, but in reality it kind of felt laggier. As I was playing with the settings of the chroma effect, I applied the settings again and again and the light got stuck again in an orange position. I unplugged the mouse from the usb port, and plugged it back in, but the light stopped working again.

Now, I tried other usb ports, reinstalled synapse, chroma and everything related,  tried to update the firmware that was already last version, and can’t figure out what is wrong.

What could the issue be? May it be an app that interferes? Is it something electrical related, since the light doesn’t work after replugging the mouse? Can someone help please?
