Razer Viper Mini : CRP DISABLD

Good day! My viper mini is not lighting up and not working. the mouse was recognized as CRP DISABLD, and in the device manager show up like A flash USB device, probably the mouse needs to be flashed and needs to have firmware for it, also the device has a file called firmware.bin. I already tried connecting to different USB ports or computers, I am getting the same error message. I also deleted the "Human Interface Devices" in the device manager and it's still doing the same thing. is there a way to reset the mouse?
