I’ve bought a Razer Viper Mini from a retailer in my country. When I’ve tried to activate the product I got the invalid serial number message. I’ve checked both the mouse and the one on the case but neither of them worked. I’ve tried to replace 1 with i as well but nothing worked. Not even Synapse recognises it.
Is there a solution for that?
