I have a viper mini but i have LIFT OF DISTANCE problem and mouse isn't detected by razer synapse but i already tried the following:
Tried different USB ports
Tried to update the drivers in the device manager but it said that its already updated
Tried to uninstall the drivers
Tried to clean the sensor
Tried to update the firmware but it couldn't detect the mouse
