razer viper mini not working

i got my viper mini mouse in early 2023 and it has been working fine since then but just now the lights suddenly went off, and the pc is not seeing the mouse. it makes the usb connection noise but otherwise nothing. the laser is on when i plug the mouse into my pc but there is no rgb and no control, i have never dropped or smashed it. i have also tried different usb ports. could i get some help please?

    Is it possible for you to try it on a different PC just to check if the same issue persists? Let me know via PM along with your Viper Mini’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
