I bought the viper mini two weeks ago, and just today it stopped working, for some reason the screen cursor does not move, but the scroll and clicks work

    I already talked with "razer my support" but in 6 hours NO ONE responds me

    Try different USB port or preferably - check it on another PC. If it's the same - sensor may be dead, so you can RMA it.
