Hi, my mouse is not charging when plugged in. It's stuck at 0%, even while connected.
It was working fine yesterday, but when i came back today the mouse wasn’t responding and the battery was empty.
The mouse works when plugged in, but it dies about 10 seconds after I unplug it.
What I’ve tried:
- Changed the charging cable
- Changed the USB port
- Charged from another PC without Synapse
- Followed this guide: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4122/~/how-to-fix-a-razer-mouse-battery-that-does-not-charge — but I can't turn off the mouse, and charging it for 30 minutes didn’t help
- Upgraded Synapse from version 3 to 4
- Updating the firmware through Synapse 4
- Manually updated the driver to version 1.05 (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9682)
- Reset the mouse to factory settings via Synapse
- Performed a manual reset by holding the left, middle, and right buttons for 7 seconds
