my mouse wont work wireless it keeps flashing a blue light from the dpi im using and it shuts off. and when used wired it turns off often then quickly turns this has been occurring for a week now and i have no idea how to fix it ive tried everything i know.

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists.
