razer viper mini unknown usb descripture failed

I bought this mouse on October 15, 2021, everything was fine, but at one moment when I was playing the game (geometry dash) it stopped working, I got scared, restarted the computer and it worked, I thought everything was fine, but the next day it stopped working and nothing helped, it gave an unknown usb descripture failed error, I tried everything, reinstalled the drivers, deleted the device from the driver manager and rebooted the computer, but nothing helped, please help
