Razer Viper Scroll Wheel Issue

This is my first Razer mouse, I purchased a Razer Viper 2021/11/18. It is a 2019 product but still was on the shelf in 2021. I can no longer get any warranty or free support because the warranty is over. I am limited to a 30 day return policy at a local Staples. It's relevant to say I use Ubuntu 20.04.03 LTS. I do not use Synapse and can't. The scroll wheel has no issues I have found so far on Ubuntu. However it is a different story for Raspberry pi OS. I plugged the Viper into my raspberry pi 3 model b V1.2 and noticed when browsing the web that scrolling would slow down when I was going fast with the scroll wheel and scrolling would speed up the slower I went with the scroll wheel. Issue: After plugging in my Viper to my raspberry pi, running raspberry pi os while browsing the web scrolling down webpages and up webpages, scrolling anywhere on the OS the scrolling will slow down when scroll with the scroll wheel faster, when I slow down scrolling with the scroll wheel it goes faster. If you think you can help me in anyway please do so. I have found no similar cases and I am a loss.

If the scroll wheel works fine with your Ubuntu, this might have to do with your Raspberry Pi OS's mouse driver. You might have to flash the OS's full version if you still haven't. Should you have any other concerns, feel free to send me a PM. I'll be locking this thread now.
