When I last checked last night, my battery was at 80% and on the charger. When I started work this morning the battery was at 0%. Is it time to replace the battery? If so, where do I get one? I love this mouse and don’t won’t to replace it if avoidable.

The battery for the Razer Viper Ultimate is not replaceable. By the way, try to reinstall its drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
