Razer Viper Ultimate battery issues

So I’ve had my razer viper ultimate for probably around 2 years now. Never had a single complaint until earlier this week. All of the sudden it seems like it won’t charge. I can place it on the dock or plug it in directly. It shows that it is charging in synapse but the battery percentage will never change. It was very sudden and random. I’ve updated drivers, re-installed synapse multiple times, restarted my pc and done everything. But for whatever reason it seems like the mouse just will not charge.

    I'm sorry to hear that your Razer Viper Ultimate is not charging. I suggest that you ensure no debris or dust is impeding the contact between the mouse and the mouse charging dock. You may follow these basic troubleshooting steps to see if it fixes the issue.
