Hello, people who might be viewing this,
Recently, my Razer Viper Ultimate has been having an issue. This issue is when I press either button 4 or 5 they do not always register. They sometimes will register the click but then after a little while they end up just not working unless I spam click them. As you can probably tell, this is not exactly ideal for gaming. If you have any ways of fixing this, it would be greatly appreciated if you told me!
Were there any changes applied to your system/device before the issue? Is Synapse running in the background when the behavior occurs? Please send me the serial number of your Viper Ultimate via PM. I can use it to verify its model and look for firmware-related solutions. Let's go from there.
