Razer Viper Ultimate Charging Dock
Charging dock doesn't light up with RGB but charges fine. Also does not get detected in Synapse. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Check if it's connected properly - cable must go really deep inside the dock, maybe it's not connected fully.
Also you can try different USB port if above doesn't help (preferred USB 3.0 or above).

Please follow what @FiszPL advised you to do. Repair your Synapse software by following this guide to fix this. If the issue persists, please PM me the device's serial number to look for other possible fixes.
