Razer Viper Ultimate Charging Dock Won't Charge

Hey, I recently bought my Viper Ultimate. When I plug in the Charging Dock it appears on Synapse and i can put the mouse on it. It won't charge though, and in Synapse the mouse does not appear to be charging. When I plug the mouse directly into the micro-usb though, it does charge. Any ideas on what I should do?
