Dear Razer Team,
since a couple of weeks i have issues with my razer viper ultimate wirless mouse.
It seems like the connection of the mouse is sometimes off or lagging for a couple of sec. I already tried to update, reinstall the razer app, disconnected and connected the usb stick again but nothing of this works and the issue is still present.
Could you please help me?
