Razer Viper Ultimate Connection Issues

I have been unable to wirelessly use my razer viper ultimate, it will not pair or update firmwear. I have gone through all the troubleshooting options uninstalling synapse and mouse drivers. Using the pairing app  will find dongle and corded mouse but always fail to pair and firmwear update always stops and resets at 40%. When I tried to register my mouse it was rejecting my serial number. I have proof of purchase directly from the website. This appears to be a common problem and would like more information on how to resolve it.

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. Once connected, click here to update the firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
