after showing update at razer synapse my mouse the wireless dongle kept on disconnecting, I found in the razer driver update page that there is an update to fix this issue, but I cannot update it since the dongle itself is disconnecting. any way to fix this issue

same goes to me. my dongle just keeps connecting and disconnecting. i can’t no longer use my wireless mode anymore. this just happnened to me today

i have a similar problem now, but ma case is that the mouse (viper ultimate) is connecting and disconnecting, no de dongle. where can i find the latest drivers?, maybe can solve
i tried to update the firmware since i notice i have the .1.05.00 version and the latest is the 1.07.00.

today it’s still not working, i have been using it in wired mode, cuz in wireless mode is turns off and connects endlessly as your case. A friend told me that it’s better not to buy this mouse again, and a best buy could be a logitech mouse

It's really a shame that you can't even deliver an official dongle to my country. I wanted this mouse in cyberpunk colors for a very long time and bought it, I used it for a year and a half in joy and that's it... Even if it was still under warranty, I think it is not serviced in my country. And I have to lose one of the main advantages of this mouse...
Has a fix been found for this yet? Ive done everything and am currently waiting on hearing back from RAZER. I was able to get through the firmware update for the dongle after running the razer disk cleanup a few times, and now im struggling to use the razer pairing thing xD i feel like something adds into the PC when i plug in the wireless dongle that causes it to start acting up again after less than a minute
i only say this because it works briefly after the cleanup, then starts acting up again.
been having the same problems since also about 5 months ago.. tried using the dongle connector application thing razer suggests but even then it just says “failed connection”. Idk what to do anymore
