Razer Viper Ultimate just died all of a sudden
I bought it at the end of march and had no issues with it apart from it doesnt really charge properly with the dock unless you put it in a certain position. Last night i forgot to charge it and today I realised its only 4% battery so i put the cable in and was working for a few hours and wondered if it charged at all. I had a look and it was still 4% which is weird. Was chilling watching a couple vids and it decided to die. I unpluged the cable into a new usb slot, put it on the charge dock and still nothing. Any ideas?

Nevermind it decided to work again after changing usb ports. It says 0% atm but ill post again if the issue persists.
EDIT: I think i found out the problem. I have a 4 connector usb hub that was plugged into a 3.0 slot and my mouse was plugged into that and when i plugged my mouse into a 3.0 slot on its own it works so im assuming it wasnt getting enough power to work properly.
