Razer Viper Ultimate keeps disconnecting

When using the mouse in wireless mode it works normally as in I move the mouse around, the light on the mouse is lit and moves normally. After maybe 3 seconds of idling, the mouse disconnects. I have plugged the dongle into another device and the issue still persists. I still am under warranty as I’ve only had the mouse for about 8-9 months now.

    Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
