Razer Viper Ultimate kept disconnecting

Hello, recently I updated the Razer Synapse to version 20231208. After the update, my R.Viper Ult kept disconnecting in wireless mode. But if I use it wired, it is fine. And when Razer released newer version 20231215, I thought it would fix the issue but it is still the same.

I’ve tried changing to another port, different PC, updating the firmware, reinstalling Synapse and even tried using the mouse without the software. And the problem still persists. 

Any idea on how to solve the issue? Is my dongle faulty? Did the software update causes my dongle to malfunction?
