I bought a new mouse, and it works. I can scroll, etc. But the Razer Synapse will not read the mouse, and I can't access the settings for the mouse. Please help.

    Hi there! Thanks for initiating this thread. Please be aware that the Razer Viper Ultimate will work only in Razer Synapse 3.0 on Windows operating system. On the other hand, the Razer Synapse 2.0 is compatible up until the Mac OS version 10.14. We don't have an official word when will the newer version of Mac OS be supported.
