Razer Viper Ultimate not charging.
Hello, my razer viper ultimate has been perfectly working for almost a year, except for the past 2 days. My mouse cannot charge. When I open the razer central app, it shows in the charging icon that it is charging, but it is stuck on 2% for hours without it even charging, even though it supposedly was. I've tried charging it through both the dock and the dongle wire but the problem consists. I've tried a factory reset, updating the app, and installing the latest Viper Ultimate firmware but they still have not solved my problem. Any suggestions to fix my problem?

WaHAB_03Hey there! Thanks for initiating this thread. Please reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0 by following the steps on this link. Once done, please update your Razer Synapse 3.0 and see if it helps.
