Razer Viper Ultimate not connected after pc restart, everytime

need help with my Razer Viper Ultimate everytime i restart my pc or i turn off and turn on my pc my mouse will not working (razer viper ultimate), i will need to unplug and replug the dongle so my mouse get discovered. my dongle is inserted into the razer charging dock but, if i plug the dongle directly into my pc, it will always be recognized even if i restart my pc, is there any razer dock firmware issue happened here?

    Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. There's no available firmware for the Razer charging dock. I recommend connecting the Razer Viper Ultimate directly to your computer's USB ports. You can check under services.msc and ensure that all Razer-related files status is set as"Started" and the startup type" to "Automatic". Also, disable the USB selective suspending at Windows power options and see if it helps. Please refer to the image below:
