RAZER VIPER ULTIMATE : Not response for a very short period (2-3 sec)

I have a problem with my Razer Ultimate that not move while playing a game for 2-3 seconds. Even I moves my mouse very long distant but in my game not move (Game still running, I got shots from my enemy) Anyone have the same problem ? - Bluetooth connection - Never using on low battery - When it's not response (not move) I have checked by flip up mouse, the power still "ON" *Trying to test with wired connection

Hi there! Can you share a video of the issue? Also, does this issue happen when Synapse is running?
