Razer Viper Ultimate Not Showing On Razer Synapse 3

When I first got the mouse it connected perfectly right when I plugged it in but today I just now noticed that it wasn't showing up in my connected devices, but my keyboard and the mousedock that came with the mouse with showing up perfectly fine, under the mouse dock it showed my mouse but said not connected under it, I tried reinstalling razer synapse 3, I tried plugging it directly into my motherboard, still nothing, has this happened to anyone else? any advice?
