Hey all,
Just purchased a Razer Viper Ultimate (No warranty) and it worked fine for the first few days but has an odd issue now. It works fine when connected to the computer with a cable, but when disconnected, all the rgb in the mouse turns off and the mouse doesn’t work. Any ideas on how to fix this? I spent a hefty amount on this mouse haha

Are you using a USB hub? Try connecting your wireless dongle directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
