Razer Viper Ultimate randomly stops working

Hi I recently purchased a Razer Viper Ultimate and have had it for a week. The first day I had it, it randomly stopped working when I was playing one of my games and I was locked out of doing anything with the mouse for about 10 seconds, after-which it would resume functioning as normally. This happens at least once a day while I use it and it's very annoying. I made sure to update the drivers as well and it still happens. Is this just a bad unit or is there a fix for this?

    Is Synapse running in the background when the issue occurs? Were there any changes applied to your system/device before the behavior? Please send me the serial number of your Viper Ultimate via PM. I can use it to verify its model and look into better solutions. Let's continue from there. I'll lock this thread now.
