razer viper ultimate usb dongle does not connect to mouse

i have tried everything and the only way i can currently use my viper ultimate is directly connected to the laptop via the usb cable. ive tried the pairing utility, updating the firmware, and none of those have worked so far. What could be the issue? i really dont want to have to buy a new mouse, this thing was like $80.any help would be very much appreciated

    Try connecting dongle to some other PC. Maybe it's dead if it will not work there. Btw. the dongle is detected in windows device manager?

    Did you try the mouse pairing utility from this link? Try what @FiszPL advises you to do. Should the problem persists, please PM me your device's serial number and proof of purchase to check the warranty status and look into RMA options.
