Razer Viper Ultimate will not connect to wire or charge

I am just posting to see if anyone knows how to fix this, it is a four year old mouse so I have already come to terms with the fact that I might just need to replace it. The battery sits at a solid 3%, the charging icon never shows up and it never changes color to indicate it is charging. I have tried to charge it via the dock and from the cable directly, even tried a different cable. The computer does not recognize it is connected so I cannot update it at all, Thank you.
