Razer Viper Ultimate Wireless keeps freezing

Hi everyone, I ordered this mouse not long ago along a G Pro wireless, and even though I find it much more comfortable than the latter, the Razer mouse keeps freezing randomly for 3-5 seconds at a time. I use the mouse for gaming and this can be very annoying. I thought it was my PC ports having problems but after using the G Pro adapter on the same ports, I have never experienced the freezes which made my think maybe its a problem related to Synapse. I then repaired Synapse and reinstalled it but the problem keeps occuring. Does anyone else have this problem and can anyone advice me what should I do ?

    Im also having this problem. Just got my mouse about a week ago. I updated it to 1.02 version and it is still happening. It just stops tracking for about 1-2secs. I also tried to plug the usb receiver directly in to the pc and it still freezes from time to time. Hope someone can help us.

    For everyone having this problem. I increased my DPI from 400 to 800 and haven't had a single freeze since.
