Razer Viper Ultimate wont pair after firmware update

After updating my Viper Ultimate to v1.07.00_r1 my mouse refuses to stay connected to the to the dongle. I’ve used the pairing utility and it shows both dongle and mouse are connected, and says it is successful after completing the process but as soon as I disconnect my mouse with the supplied razer cable, it does not stay connected. I’ve uninstalled Synapse and completely removed any registries and left overs with Revo Uninstaller. Reinstalled Synapse to the latest version 4 and it still does not allow the mouse to stay connected.

I suspect the firmware for the mouse caused this issue with the dongle and the mouse to be untrusted? There is no firmware or update available for the dock where the dongle would be connected. This doesn’t seem to be an issue before the firmware update and there doesn’t seem to be support for downgrading the firmware to v1.02.00_r1 or an official method to downgrade the Razer Viper Ultimate. I’ve seen community suggestions on how this should be capable with holding down LEFT, Middle MOUSE and RIGHT buttons down during the installation process of an older firmware but the option do not appear to when actioning this.
