My razer viper ultimate is skipping when I use it wirelessly on my Xbox via the charging dock after some time and it becomes unplayable. This has been happening on both of my xbox's with the same mouse since I bought it like 2 years ago. It works perfectly only on PC and also works fine when I use wired connection on my Xbox. Please help me fix it
