Hello, my razer viper v 2 pro mouse stopped charging after 6 months of use, I kept the mouse in perfect condition and everything was fine.
Is the mouse still detected when plugging it into your computer? Also, try connecting the USB-A to USB-C charging cable to another USB port or PC and see if the mouse charges (if using a desktop PC, please use the rear USB ports).
